Today Kinley was baptized. It was a beautiful day. We were sad that we weren't able to have any family here, but we are so humbled and grateful for our friends. It brought tears to my eyes to see our dear friends take time out of their busy Sat. and drive a good distance to be there to support Kinley. We were surrounded by our MN family. There were only two kids getting baptized so it was fairly quick. The hardest part of the day was probably trying to take a family picture.
After the baptism we took the kids to Olive Garden. We got there before the lunch rush, so I assumed they would sit us over in the corner. Instead they sat us right in the middle of the room and then filled up all of the tables around us. We were definitely the center of attention. Luckily, the kids did a great job using their manners and the meal went very smoothly. The kids thought it was the fanciest restaurant ever. Except for Reese, she informed me that it wasn't a very fancy restaurant, because it didn't have a play land. It was a fun way to celebrate Kinley's special day.

I love your happy family picture. esp the baptism girl pulling on her sister! Oh it's priceless.
I had a hard time figuring out who the dark haired woman with Cord was. Also explains the strange woman in one of the Christmas shots.
YOu guys are great.
Jane- I still look in the mirror and wonder who that brunette is. It was a change that will soon be remedy. I am a blond at heart(:
